Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to seasonal tax workflows
• Basic computer skills and comfort with tax-related software
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service while preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Utilize tax knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant filings during peak season.
• Engage clients to understand tax situations and offer appropriate solutions.
