Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking tax professionals to join our busy local office in Minot, ND, offering flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. If you have at least one season of tax prep experience, you can scale your expertise, control your hours, and earn performance-based bonuses.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients in a fast-paced team environment, receive free continuing tax education, and enjoy perks including free personal tax preparation.

Qualifications

• 1+ seasons preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns in a professional setting.
• Strong client-service orientation with ability to communicate clearly.
• Basic tech literacy to navigate tax software and forms.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, retail, or client service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax preparation in a fast-paced, in-person office environment.
• Prepare and optimize tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
