Jackson Hewitt in Fargo, ND is seeking motivated tax professionals to join our in-person team during peak season. If you have at least one season of tax prep and a client-service mindset, we offer a flexible schedule, base pay, and performance-based bonuses.

You’ll work directly with clients, access free tax education, and enjoy advancement opportunities in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Part-time and full-time roles are available!

Qualifications

• 1+ seasons preparing individual, trust, or partnership returns in a professional setting.
• Strong client-service focus and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Basic tech literacy and comfort with common software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
• Meet with clients face-to-face in a fast-paced local office.
• Provide accurate tax guidance and support to maximize refunds.
