Experienced Tank Welder Foreman - Industrial Construction - Traveling

We are seeking an experienced Tank / Welding Foreman to join our team. You will help drive high-quality and on-schedule tank completions through efficient management of people and equipment on exciting industrial construction projects across the nation. Come help us build America!

Location

Various locations across the US. Subsistence paid depending on location, ranging from $500 to $700 weekly. Healthcare benefits, vacation, and 401K are provided. Wages are based on experience.

Safety
  • Model and ensure safe work practices at all times, compliant with GBI and customer requirements.
People
  • Provide daily leadership, promote strong work ethic, and maintain positive morale among crew.
  • Handle employee discipline and coaching needs promptly.
  • Recognize employee accomplishments daily.
Process
  • Maintain site organization and meet housekeeping goals.
  • Ensure crew adherence to company and customer policies and procedures.
Production
  • Drive crew productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction tanks.
  • Strong safety performance, including proper PPE use and adherence to safety policies.
  • Current TWIC card.
  • Dependable work practices and a strong work ethic.
  • Certification in forklift, crane operation, and welding techniques.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule and travel as required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, stand and walk for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and in inclement weather.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests, physical exam, and background check.
