Job summary

Caesars Entertainment invites energetic Table Games Dealers to join our team in promoting an entertaining atmosphere while accurately dealing the assigned games and upholding game integrity for guests unfamiliar with the games.

Under general supervision, you will greet guests, explain game aspects, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. A valid gaming license and 21+ age are required, with multiple shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training.
  • Must be willing to be interviewed and auditioned.
  • Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival at the table and provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our customers, while utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing.
  • Explain aspects of various table games to our gaming customers.
  • Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and internal controls.
  • Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collects bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures.
  • Notifies the Table Games Supervisor of any customer needs; i.e. cocktails, host service etc.
  • Reports any unusual situations to the Table Games Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, responsible for promoting outstanding guest relations, an entertaining and energetic atmosphere while accurately dealing assigned game while maintaining the integrity of the game, as well as for explaining aspects of the games to customers unfamiliar with the games.

What You Will Need

  • Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality.
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 1 year experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
