The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks an Experienced Systems Project Engineer (Level 3) to lead multiple projects within the F/A-18 Advanced Mission Systems Program. The selected individual would be responsible for leading a few projects under the Advanced Mission Systems portfolio. Very good communication skills and coordination skills are required. This individual would be leading projects that are primarily worked by other integration and software engineers on the program. This person would be responsible for proposals, estimates, supplier SOWs, engineering coordination, and managing budget and schedule. This will also require close coordination with the customer and with Boeing leadership. This will also require coordination with suppliers and will require navigation through export compliance. Experience with F/A-18, avionics, mission systems, software development, requirements development, and Agile development would be extremely beneficial.
Travel may be required up to 5% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800
