Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized engineering firm, is seeking an Experienced Structural Engineer for our Sacramento, CA or Lexington, SC offices. You will lead project teams, collaborate with clients, and oversee construction-phase services to ensure quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, a civil/architectural engineering degree with a structural focus, and 6+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a track record of project leadership and sustainable

As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Structural Engineer in our Sacramento (CA) or Lexington (SC) office locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and provide technical guidance to structural project teams.
• Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.
• Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions.

The successful candidate must have all the following:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering with a structural focus from an accredited college or university.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• PE license in any state and have the ability to obtain in additional states as needed.

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Expertise in various structural design types, including concrete and steel.
• Experience in design and analysis for structural systems for various types of projects.
• Proven track record as a project lead.
• Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.

Salary Range: $110,000 and above - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
