Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in elementary education or a related field

• At least 2–3 years of teaching experience with a strong track record of student achievement
• Commitment to educational equity, youth development, social‑emotional learning, restorative practices, and culturally responsive pedagogy

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards‑aligned instruction in math and/or science
• Create a joyful, structured classroom culture where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
