Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hands-on personal care and ADLs assistance.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting support.
• Mobility and walking assistance; transfers within scope.
• Dementia/memory-care support; chronic condition care.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping; medication reminders.
• Companionship and safety supervision; follow Care Plans.
• Observe changes and report to office promptly.
