SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-medical, hands-on support in clients' homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You will handle ADLs, mobility, meal prep, and companionship, while maintaining safety and building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experienced caregiver providing non-medical support to clients at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred).
• Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning.
• Provide care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s with patience and reassurance.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks).
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.

As a Specialized Caregiver, you will provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients who require a higher level of assistance with daily living—helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities (Non-medical Care Only)

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers (gait belt; Hoyer lift experience preferred)
• Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning
• Provide care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, offering patience, structure, and reassurance
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients

As an experienced caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
