Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness per health standards (refrigerators, freezers, ovens, floors, dishes).
• Ensure safety of clients with dietary restrictions and/or preferences.
• Assist in lunch, dinner, and snacks prep and presentation daily.
• Quality check meals and snacks served during shift.
• Ensure recipes are produced accurately and efficiently.
• Resourcefully solve culinary issues during shift and follow chain of command.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
