Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with HVAC experience who are ready to contribute on active construction job sites and grow within the company.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade
• Ability to work 10–12 hour days as needed
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Prior construction experience preferred
• Multi‑family construction experience is a plus
• 1–2 years of HVAC experience required
• Valid Driver’s License is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a construction environment
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
