Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking an Experienced Asphalt Shuttle Buggy Operator for the 2026 season to run multiple paving machines, including asphalt rollers, safely and efficiently on Midwest projects.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of experience operating shuttle buggies; CDL is desired but not required. Union benefits and training resources are available through the Walbec portal.

Qualifications
