Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries is hiring for a shipping/logistics role in Minnesota. You will monitor outbound delivery, prepare shipping data via EDI/ASN, and coordinate carrier pickups while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires ERP experience (preferably SAP) and at least 5 years in shipping or warehouse settings. Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds. Salary range listed is $20–$25 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ERP system (preferably SAP).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in shipping, processing or a related warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Outbound Delivery report daily to ensure orders ship as scheduled.
• Prepare shipping information to customers via EDI/ASN/Fax/Email/Mail.
• Schedule and monitor freight carriers, including FedEx with 24-hour notice.
• Process requests for freight quotes on pre-paid orders.
• Coordinate with carriers for updated ETA and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
• Track shipments and resolve discrepancies in shipping records.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of shipment materials.
• Perform regular audits of shipping procedures and processes.
