McDonald's franchisee is hiring experienced Shift Managers in Ashland, MA. You will oversee shifts, lead Crew and other Managers, and help deliver fast, friendly service while upholding McDonald's standards.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
