Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician / Mechanic to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Whether you're a seasoned technician or a rising star, we have the tools, training, and team to support your career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards

• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory diagnostic tools

• Complete repair orders efficiently and document all work performed

• Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Stay current with factory training and certification requirements

• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality

• Assist in mentoring apprentice technicians as needed

Qualifications:

• ASE certification(s) or equivalent factory training preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience a plus, but not required

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must supply own tools (specialty tools provided by dealership)

• Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
