We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician / Mechanic to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Whether you're a seasoned technician or a rising star, we have the tools, training, and team to support your career development.
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory diagnostic tools
Complete repair orders efficiently and document all work performed
Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Stay current with factory training and certification requirements
Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality
Assist in mentoring apprentice technicians as needed
ASE certification(s) or equivalent factory training preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience a plus, but not required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must supply own tools (specialty tools provided by dealership)
