Germain Honda of Naples is seeking an Experienced Service Technician/Honda Master Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to OEM specifications. You will work closely with service advisors and the parts team to deliver top-tier service and safety for our customers in Naples, Florida.

The ideal candidate holds a Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent dealership experience, demonstrates strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, and communicates effectively within a team

Qualifications

• Valid Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent dealership experience.
• Proven experience servicing Honda vehicles in a dealership or service center.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills; ability to read manuals and diagnostic software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Honda vehicles to OEM specs.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance including oil changes and brake work.
• Maintain accurate service records for all repair work.
• Ensure safety standards and dealership policies are followed.

Experienced Service Technician/Honda Master Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic examinations and repairs on Honda vehicles using OEM specifications and tools.


• Execute scheduled maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and system inspections.


• Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation for all repair work performed.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and dealership policies while conducting all repair procedures.


• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to streamline workflow and enhance customer experience.


• Stay current with Honda technical training and industry developments to provide top-tier service.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Honda Master Technician or equivalent experience.


• Proven experience in servicing Honda vehicles in a dealership or automotive service environment.


• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with the ability to interpret technical manuals and automotive software.
