Job summary

Lithia Ford of Roseburg is seeking a Service Technician to join a high-volume service department. You will perform repairs, diagnose malfunctions, and road-test vehicles to ensure quality, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

The position requires a valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years of dealership experience. The role offers a competitive flat-rate pay of $22.00 per hour, with pay depending on experience and certifications, and requires open

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership automotive technician experience.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to safety and quality repairs.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Record time spent on repairs using company clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized workspace and keep the stall clean.
