Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Roseburg is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our high-volume shop. You will perform repairs outlined on repair orders, diagnose malfunctions, and ensure work meets Lithia and manufacturer standards, with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely service.

We value 2+ years of dealership technician experience, the ability to diagnose and repair efficiently, and the drive to pursue ASE and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership automotive technician experience.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently.
• Drive manual and automatic transmissions as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with safety and quality repairs.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Ensure that customer’s vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
• Complete all required training.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
• Review the technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.
