Job Requirements
- Motivated individuals willing to work hard with a competitive pay scale.
- Support for additional automotive certification training for Certified and Master Certified Technicians.
- Service and repair vehicles following established standards and procedures.
- Conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure optimal condition.
- Experience as a Service Technician, with possible background including high school diploma or GED, automotive training, dealer-level or large facility experience, and ASE certifications.
- Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong technical skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
- Complete or pursue advanced automotive training.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service or repairs.
- Ensure documentation compliance with regulations and standards.
- Help maintain shop safety and appearance, manage inventory, and perform general duties.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and shop policies.
- Attend staff meetings, training, and educational sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
- Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred for experienced technicians.
- High level of mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge.
- Own tools required for the job.
- Ability to read and understand instructions; physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, and lift.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Outstanding communication skills and professional work ethic.
