Job Requirements

• Motivated individuals willing to work hard with a competitive pay scale.
• Support for additional automotive certification training for Certified and Master Certified Technicians.
• Service and repair vehicles following established standards and procedures.
• Conduct pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure optimal condition.
• Experience as a Service Technician, with possible background including high school diploma or GED, automotive training, dealer-level or large facility experience, and ASE certifications.
• Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
• Complete or pursue advanced automotive training.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service or repairs.
• Ensure documentation compliance with regulations and standards.
• Help maintain shop safety and appearance, manage inventory, and perform general duties.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and shop policies.
• Attend staff meetings, training, and educational sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred for experienced technicians.
• High level of mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge.
• Own tools required for the job.
• Ability to read and understand instructions; physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, and lift.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and professional work ethic.
