Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our Florida team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential systems with an emphasis on quality work and customer satisfaction, while earning top pay and commissions.

We offer 8–10 hour shifts, no on-call requirements, and a clear schedule so you can plan your life. Candidates need 3+ years of plumbing experience, a valid FL driver’s license, and the ability to pass

Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician – Top Pay

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hr base + uncapped commissions – Top pay for top talent

Schedule: Full-time | 8–10 hour shifts | No On-Call - We don't use traditional on-call. Coverage is handled through a scheduled rotation of early, late, and weekend shifts, so you’ll know your hours in advance and can plan your life around them.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Clean, valid Florida driver’s license
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus
