Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our Florida team. You’ll earn $25.00–$35.00/hr base plus uncapped commissions during 8–10 hour shifts, with a $2500 sign-on bonus and a tool package valued up to $1000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Clean, valid Florida driver's license.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus.
