Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician in Florida. Earn $25.00–$35.00/hr base plus uncapped commissions and bonuses on service and upsells. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and a pre-approved list of tools valued up to $1,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Clean, valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems.
• Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail.
