3. License & Certifications: Must hold a valid plumbing license. Backflow certification is a plus!
4. Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
5. Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet.
6. Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
7. Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Respond to service calls and provide effective plumbing solutions.
2. Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
3. Communicate with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
5. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
