Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately
• Report vehicle symptoms clearly and thoroughly
• Recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Establish follow-up times and monitor vehicle progress
• Update customers regularly on repair status
• Verify that final invoices match work performed and explain charges to customers

Minimum Requirements

• Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• High energy level
• Personal and professional integrity
