Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a food server in a full-service restaurant
• Food Safety and BASSET Certification
• Ability to focus on guest needs
• Experience using POS systems is preferred
• Leadership role in restaurant industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests after seating and provide attentive service
• Serve guests following Steps of Service and company standards
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service
• Engage in suggestive selling to enhance guest experience
• Manage accurate checks and cash handling per company policy
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and restocking
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed
• Monitor guest satisfaction and invite return visits
