Job summary

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest incidents/complaints with professionalism.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and communicate effectively.
• Take orders, process payments and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of Fiery Crab menus, policies and procedures.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide high-quality guest experience under pressure.
