Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking experienced caregivers who are passionate about client care and relationship building. Our caregiver-first philosophy guides the way we support clients at home.

You will provide the highest level of service—from light housework and meal preparation to assisting with hygiene and providing companionship—while maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.
• Must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in condition to the appropriate staff.
