Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in the Greater Philadelphia area. You’ll provide essential daily living support, companionship, and personalized care in clients\' homes.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and mobility support. The position offers Full-time and Part-time schedules with pay ranging from $14 to $18 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staff
