Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking experienced Security Systems Installation Technicians to join our growing field team. This hands-on role requires 4+ years of commercial security installation experience with CCTV, access control, and related hardware.

The position emphasizes physical installation, wiring, and commissioning of security systems across multiple sites in the Tri-State Area. OSHA/SST certifications and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on commercial security installation experience.
• Hands-on physical installation experience required; software-only work is not sufficient.
• Proven ability to install and troubleshoot CCTV/video surveillance and access control systems.
• Experience with card readers, door strikes, mag locks, and related hardware.
• Ability to read security drawings, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• OSHA and SST certifications required, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, wire, test, and troubleshoot commercial security systems.
• Install and wire CCTV cameras, IP cameras, card readers, request-to-exit devices, and door hardware.
• Install and wire access control systems and door controllers.
• Build, mount, wire, terminate, label, and organize security panels and enclosures.
• Perform multi-point wiring from field devices back to panels and head-end equipment.
• Read and interpret security drawings, riser diagrams, door schedules, and wiring diagrams.
• Travel between project sites throughout the Tri-State Area as required.
