Bish’s RV is seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team in Kentucky. You will assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RVs, covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, under experienced technicians and managers. • Help install accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress and issues with teammates and supervisors.

Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Entry‑Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines
• Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work, timely service, and a helpful attitude

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

• The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background and drug testâ¯
