Description

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry-specific experience and/or 4+ years of experience in a technical field and holds a state inspection license. Pay potential: $30 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Work on any RV unit coming into the service department.
• Complete specialty certifications and pursue continuing education.
• Perform repairs consistently and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Share knowledge and best practices to help build team skills.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work.
• Holds a state inspector license.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical field is a plus.
• Personal set of tools.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays (closed Sundays).
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company's values.
