Job description

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting large RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has RV industry-specific experience and/or 4+ years of technical work experience and holds a state inspection license. Pay potential: $30 per hour.

What you'll do:

1. Work on any RV unit coming into the service department.
2. Complete specialty certification and pursue continuing education.
3. Perform consistent repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction scores.
4. Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

What we're looking for:

1. Experience in the RV industry or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work.
2. Holds a state inspector's license.
3. 4+ years of experience in a technical field is a plus.
4. Personal tools.
5. Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods.
6. Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs with assistance.
7. Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and noise.
8. Flexible work schedule, including Saturdays (closed Sundays).
9. Neat, professional appearance.
10. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
11. High school diploma or GED.
12. Ability to pass background and drug tests.
