Job summary

Tarragon Property Services L.L.C. is hiring a Roving Maintenance Technician to keep our residential communities safe, functional, and welcoming. The role is based in the Seattle area with travel between TPS properties and on-site duties across multiple locations.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm; Travel to TPS properties is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a stable, employee-focused company.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more.
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents.
• Rotate on-call for emergency maintenance.
• Order supplies and keep accurate records.
• Maintain safety and property standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port Orchard

What We Require

• 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
• Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.
