Donohoe Hospitality Services is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for our Hilton Garden Inn in Old Town Alexandria. You will ensure impeccable cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms and suites, delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, and bend throughout the shift.
• Strong ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Replenish and restock room amenities such as paper products, soap, and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior entry areas and hallways.
• Restock and organize housekeeping carts daily.
• Administer key control for issued keys and manage keys left by guests.
• Deliver lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper for logging and storage.
• Report any unusual situations in guest rooms or suites to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.
• Accommodate special requests from guests.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and suites.
• Keep linen closets and supply areas organized and tidy.
• Report maintenance needs and address guest requests or complaints promptly.
