Job summary

Pro Med Healthcare Services in Oklahoma City is hiring an Experienced RN for the Ortho/Trauma Unit. The position offers full-time shifts and involves providing the highest quality of care to patients in a hospital setting.

Successful candidates will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and various levels of experience depending on the RN designation. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and medical plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 0-3 years for RN I, 3-5 years for RN II, 5+ years for RN III.
• Current Registered Nurse License required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for an assigned patient or group of patients.
• Documents patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Administers medication as prescribed.

Skills

Knowledge of basic professional nursing theory

Ability to maintain civility with other employees

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to respond to cultural needs

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing for RN III

Master's Degree in Nursing preferred for RN III
