Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
• 0–3 years experience for RN I, 3–5 years for RN II, 5+ years for RN III.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient responses to interventions and treatments.

Skills

Basic professional nursing theory

Ability to organize and evaluate nursing services

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to respond to cultural needs

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor's Degree required for RN III

Master's Degree preferred for RN III

Tools

Basic Life Support certification
