Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associates or BSN (BSN preferred).
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact with Texas license within 90 days of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN in an acute care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients to deliver quality care.
• Provide care based on age-appropriate physical, psychological, educational and safety criteria.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate.
