HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest invites experienced registered nurses to its North Houston Facilities Hiring Event. Interview directly with nursing leadership for multiple locations including HCA Northwest, HCA West, Conroe, Tomball, Kingwood, and N Cypress.

You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, following standard nursing practices and collaborating with the care team to ensure positive outcomes and exceptional patient experience across adult and specialty units.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; ADN or BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact; must obtain Texas license within 90 days.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the nursing care for assigned patients in the unit and ensure quality patient care.
• Provide care based on age-appropriate physical, psychological, educational and safety criteria.
• Practice using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary staff to maintain professional nursing standards.
