Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT with 5 years of experience to provide comprehensive respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. The role includes diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, patient assessment, and applying advanced clinical expertise.

Full-time night shift with rotating weekends/holidays. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications include Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, and BLS.
• Ability to independently apply clinical knowledge and troubleshoot respiratory issues.
• Strong communication, teaching, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered respiratory treatments while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams through documentation and collaboration.
• Educate patients, families, and team members on respiratory procedures and care.
• Perform advanced procedures such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep studies as needed.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
