We seek an Experienced Plumbing Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong technical skills, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work independently on service calls, while maintaining professional conduct and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and applicable codes.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work as required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.
• Perform service calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Clearly communicate plumbing issues, solutions, and pricing with customers.
• Complete plumbing repairs and installations according to company standards and applicable codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle and work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and customer recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers about preventative maintenance and system improvements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
