Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is hiring a full-time Plumbing Technician / Plumber to perform inspections, diagnose issues, discuss repairs with homeowners, and execute repairs or installations. We provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.

Our Plumbing Technician earns $50,000-$100,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We cover 50% of health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation (up to 4 weeks with tenure), 401k with match, paid holidays, and quarterly events.
