Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Perform minor drywall repairs, caulking, and patching prior to painting.
• Willing to do light carpentry/laborer inbetween painting jobs.
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape to ensure clean, professional results.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members on job sites.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and job sites upon project completion.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of paints and solvents.
