Job summary

Barstow & Sons is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems in the Annapolis area. This role offers strong earning potential, a signing bonus up to $10,000, and a $10,000 Journeyman annual bonus, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll work from our Annapolis, MD location at least once per week, enjoy guaranteed base pay with incentives, and join a trusted, long-established team serving a large customer base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license (21+).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence.
• Perform tune-ups, maintenance, and system evaluations.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components.
