Barstow & Sons in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a Journeyman license to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. This role requires strong customer communication and a commitment to quality service.

Expect a robust compensation package, including a base salary range, a signing bonus up to $10,000, and a $10,000 annual license bonus, plus benefits and growth opportunities through long-term career paths.
