Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Hayward, CA. You will provide expert maintenance and repair services for residential HVAC systems, using advanced diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

We value safety, craftsmanship, and proactive communication. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years' experience, a valid HVAC license and driver's license, and strong problem-solving

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Service and repair HVAC systems: analyze issues, propose repair options, prepare estimates, and maintain truck inventory.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems, plan work procedures based on system layout.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, advising on ongoing upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally and courteously.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate service records and document work performed and parts used.
