Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with residential HVAC installations.
• Strong background in HVAC system design, ductwork, and equipment setup.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with plumbing, welding, and sheet metal fabrication preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install complete new HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans.
• Perform plumbing connections and proper refrigerant handling.
• Weld and fabricate components for custom installations.
• Conduct system start-up, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations and materials used in ServiceTitan.
