Job summary

Opportunity Interactive is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer in Green Bay, WI to install heating and air conditioning systems in homes. You will focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 3+ years of installation experience (sheet metal/ductwork), valid driver's license, and ability to train others. We offer a competitive $30-40/hour pay, 100% employer-paid medical, and a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

Three or more years of HVAC installation experience, including sheet metal work and ductwork.
Proficiency with residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including gas, electric, heat pumps, and refrigerants.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Ability to train and supervise others while maintaining professionalism.
Strong knowledge of safe practices when using tools and equipment.
Knowledge of HVAC low-voltage systems and installation code requirements.
Commitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Willingness to invest in and maintain your trade tools.
Comfortable working at heights using ladders and aerial equipment.

Responsibilities
