Job summary

Garber Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team in Morton and surrounding areas. Position includes installing residential heating and cooling systems, working with gas piping, ductwork, and related equipment, and delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of gas pipe, refrigeration piping, duct systems, and sheet metal practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards.
• Work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform system testing, air balancing, and proper startup procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally on every installation.

$22 - $30 per hour depending on experience

We are currently hiring an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing quality work and wants a long-term career with a respected local company.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Family Health Insurance Plan (Company pays 75%)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed)
